Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Ateez Drip Dance AI. By creating an account, purchasing credits, uploading content, or using the service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and Copyright & Content Complaints Policy. If you use Ateez Drip Dance AI for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live. The service is not directed to children under 13. A minor who is legally permitted to use the service must do so under a parent or legal guardian's supervision.

2. The service

Ateez Drip Dance AI provides tools that use third-party and/or proprietary AI services to turn uploaded images and prompts into videos. AI outputs are probabilistic. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee that a generation will match a prompt, preserve a person's appearance, be unique, or qualify for copyright protection.

Features, models, limits, processing times, and availability may change. We may suspend generation when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, provider outages, or capacity limits.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not sell, rent, or share an account in a way that bypasses limits or security controls.

4. Your uploads, people, and permissions

You retain any rights you have in images, prompts, and other material you upload ("Input"). You represent and warrant that:

• you own the Input or hold all permissions, licenses, and consents necessary to upload, process, transform, store, and use it through Ateez Drip Dance AI and our service providers;
• every identifiable person shown has authorized the intended AI processing and use of their name, image, likeness, voice, privacy, publicity, and personal data rights;
• for a minor, you are the parent or legal guardian or hold documented permission from the person legally authorized to consent;
• the Input and your prompt, output, download, publication, advertising, or other use do not violate law, contracts, confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, or other rights; and
• you will obtain any additional releases, licenses, disclosures, and AI labels required for your intended territory, audience, platform, or commercial campaign.

Possessing a photograph does not necessarily give you copyright, publicity, or privacy rights in the photograph or the people shown. Ateez Drip Dance AI does not verify ownership or consent for you. Keep your authorization records.

5. License needed to provide the service

You grant Ateez Drip Dance AI and our contracted processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process your Input and output only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and provide the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, fraud-prevention, and dispute-retention periods.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use or publish an output. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of your generated output. AI-generated material may not be copyrightable in every jurisdiction, and similar or identical outputs may be generated for others.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, deceptive impersonations, unlawful surveillance, fraud, harassment, rights-infringing material, or content intended to mislead people about consequential public events. We may use automated and human review, block prompts, remove content, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary.

7. Credits, prices, and payment

Credits are a limited, revocable license to access generation capacity. They are not money, stored value, a security, or transferable property; they cannot be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. The exact credit cost appears before generation and may vary by duration, resolution, model, or other settings.

Prices and included credits are shown at checkout. Taxes, payment-provider fees, and currency conversion may apply. Purchased credits do not expire unless the checkout page states otherwise or law permits a stated expiration. Promotional credits may have separate limits. Refunds and failed generations are governed by the Refund Policy. Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension and reversal of associated credits.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

Ateez Drip Dance AI's software, branding, page design, templates, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or create a competing service from them. If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without obligation to you.

9. Complaints and removal

We may remove or restrict content alleged to violate rights or policy and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Follow the Copyright & Content Complaints Policy to submit a notice. False or abusive complaints may create legal liability.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for breach, risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, harm to others, or threats to the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal through support. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits—continue after termination.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Your responsibility and indemnity

You are responsible for your Input, prompts, outputs, and their publication or commercial use. To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ateez Drip Dance AI and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your content, lack of authorization, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ateez Drip Dance AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to Ateez Drip Dance AI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Disputes and mandatory law

Before filing a claim, contact support and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, unless urgent relief or local law permits otherwise. Subject to mandatory consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Ateez Drip Dance AI operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes must be brought in a court with competent jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer and privacy protections in your country remain unaffected.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will receive notice when required. Submit legal or terms questions through Settings → Support Tickets, or email support@ateezdripdance.com.
