Refund Policy

Credit purchases

Ateez Drip Dance AI sells prepaid credits for digital AI generation services. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed credit purchases are final once credits have been delivered to the account. Credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or resold.

Failed generations

If our system confirms that a generation failed before delivering a usable result, the credits charged for that generation are automatically returned to your Ateez Drip Dance AI balance. A credit return is not a cash refund. Processing delays, dissatisfaction with a valid AI output, or a result that differs from subjective expectations do not by themselves establish a failed generation.

Cash refund requests

We may approve a cash refund when required by law or when we confirm a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction reported promptly, a material billing error, or a purchased service that we cannot provide. Submit the request through Settings → Support Tickets or email support@ateezdripdance.com within 14 days of purchase and include the order number and reason. Do not include full payment-card details.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. Credits granted by the refunded order will be revoked; if some were used, we may deduct remaining account credits or reduce the refundable amount where permitted by law.

Abuse, violations, and chargebacks

No refund is owed for credits or service lost because of a violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, except where mandatory law says otherwise. Before initiating a chargeback, contact support so we can investigate. A chargeback may result in suspension while the dispute is reviewed and reversal of credits associated with the payment.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law. If your jurisdiction provides a cancellation right for digital services, that right may end once you expressly request immediate performance and the digital service begins, to the extent permitted by law.
