1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Ateez Drip Dance AI ("Ateez Drip Dance AI," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase credits, upload content, or generate a video. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account and contact data: name, email address, authentication provider identifiers, and account preferences.
• User content: images, prompts, generation settings, and generated videos. Images may contain faces, likenesses, or other personal information about you or other people.
• Transaction data: product, credit balance, purchase status, billing country, and payment-provider references. Payment processors handle full card or wallet credentials; Ateez Drip Dance AI does not need to store full card numbers.
• Service and device data: IP address, browser, device and operating-system information, timestamps, referring pages, feature usage, error logs, and security events.
• Support data: messages, attachments, and other information you provide when requesting support or reporting content.
• Cookies and similar technologies: essential cookies for sign-in and security, plus optional analytics or advertising cookies when enabled and permitted.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process payments, maintain credit balances, generate and deliver videos, troubleshoot failures, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, comply with law, and improve reliability and usability.

Uploaded images, prompts, and outputs are processed to perform the generation you request and related safety, abuse-prevention, and troubleshooting functions. We do not sell your uploaded images or generated videos. We do not use private user content to train our own general-purpose AI models without separate notice and an appropriate legal basis or consent.

4. AI, storage, and other service providers

To provide image-to-video generation, we may transmit user content and generation settings to contracted AI inference, cloud hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, customer-support, fraud-prevention, and payment providers. These providers process information for the services they perform for us and may operate in other countries. Their infrastructure and contractual terms may affect where data is processed.

Do not upload content that you are not permitted to share with these processors. Avoid uploading government identifiers, financial records, medical records, highly sensitive private information, or images where the generation is not necessary and authorized.

5. Legal bases and disclosures

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with legal obligations, and rely on consent where required. We may disclose information:

• to service providers described above;
• in a business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards;
• to comply with lawful requests or protect legal rights, safety, users, and the public; or
• with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. If a law treats certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing," we will provide any legally required opt-out controls.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including delivering downloads, maintaining transaction and credit records, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Different categories may have different retention periods. Deleting your account or a file may not immediately remove encrypted backups or records that we must retain by law, but those copies will remain protected and be removed or isolated according to our retention process.

You may request deletion of account information and private user content through account settings or a support ticket. Removing content from Ateez Drip Dance AI does not remove copies you previously downloaded or shared elsewhere.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request or complain to a data-protection authority. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.

Cookie preferences can be changed through Cookie Settings when optional cookies are enabled. Marketing communications, if any, include an unsubscribe method; essential service messages may continue.

8. Children and images of minors

The service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. A user uploading an image of a minor must be the minor's parent or legal guardian or have documented permission from the person legally authorized to consent, and must use the image only for lawful, safe, and non-exploitative purposes. We may remove such content or request evidence of authorization.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials confidential and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. International users

Your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards. Mandatory privacy rights in your place of residence are not limited by this Policy.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy as the service or law changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated Policy, except where consent is required.
