Acceptable Use Policy

Safety rules for uploads, prompts, AI-generated videos, and distribution through Ateez Drip Dance AI.

Last updated: 2026-10-21

Purpose

This Policy protects people whose images may be uploaded, Ateez Drip Dance AI users, and the wider public. It applies to uploads, prompts, generations, downloads, and any use or distribution of Ateez Drip Dance AI output.

You must have permission

Only upload material you own or are authorized to use. You must have permission from every identifiable person for the intended AI transformation and use. For a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian or hold documented permission from the person legally authorized to consent.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Ateez Drip Dance AI to create, request, possess, or distribute:

  • child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or any exploitation of children;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, nudification, voyeurism, or sexual content involving a person who has not clearly consented;
  • deceptive impersonation, identity theft, scams, fraud, extortion, forged evidence, or content designed to mislead others about who said or did something;
  • harmful manipulation involving elections, civic processes, emergencies, war, public safety, medical care, finance, employment, housing, education, insurance, or legal proceedings;
  • harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, threats, hateful abuse, or content intended to humiliate or endanger a person or protected group;
  • unlawful surveillance, biometric identification, facial recognition databases, or inference of highly sensitive traits;
  • material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights;
  • instructions or media facilitating serious wrongdoing, malware, weapons abuse, terrorism, trafficking, or illegal activity; or
  • attempts to bypass safeguards, probe systems, overload the service, scrape private data, or gain unauthorized access.

Synthetic-media disclosure

When an output could reasonably be mistaken for an authentic recording, disclose that it is AI-generated or materially altered. Do not remove required provenance labels or use an output in a manner likely to deceive. Platforms, advertisers, employers, schools, and local law may impose additional disclosure rules; you are responsible for following them.

Enforcement

We may block a request, review content, remove access, preserve evidence, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report apparent illegal activity where required or appropriate. Context matters, and permitted documentary, educational, artistic, or satirical use may still require consent, careful labeling, and compliance with law.
